Maintenance Technician - Sheraton Nice Airport

Composed of 234 rooms, 1 restaurant, 1 Congress center and 1 Rooftop with swimming pool with a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean! Its location allows our customers to reach the center of Nice in a few minutes. The Sheraton Nice Airport is the perfect place to combine business and leisure stays. Our hotel is looking for its Maintenance Technician (M/F) to join the Technical team: Your missions will be the following, without being completely exhaustive: - Prevent any malfunction of the technical installations; - Implement and monitor the corrective action plans communicated by the Technical Manager; - Follow the preventive maintenance plan; - Follow water hygiene procedures; - Participate in optimization of energy consumption and monitoring of consumption using BMS tools; - Ensure the monitoring and proper functioning of the air conditioning and heating systems; - Participate in the implementation of maintenance contracts with service providers; - Carry out small works and punctual repairs according to the instructions book and participate in the resolution of technical problems; You participate in the maintenance of the establishment and contribute to the proper functioning of the technical installations. Graduated from a training in Maintenance, you have a first operational experience within a hotel establishment. Field-oriented, you are able to identify technical problems and propose appropriate solutions. You demonstrate a sense of service, responsiveness, autonomy, skill and rigour. You want to work in a new establishment open to new technologies. Type of contract: CDD Working time: 39h / week Compensatory allowance for food: €4.10 / day worked Participation in public transport up to 50% Mutual: the mutual on the isolated basic formula is fully supported by the employer (the price of the formula is €40/month).
