Job Description
As Guest Service Agent, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive to the moment they
leave. Ensuring they have a memorable experience with us is one of your top priorities.
Process all guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests
Secure payment; activate/reissue room keys
Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room status and
guest concerns
Promote the hotel facilities with pride and honor
