Job Description
Your job as a single point of contact consists of taking care of all group reservation requests. You ensure the qualification of the needs, the optimization of the calendar of occupation of the rooms and the living rooms, the implementation of the offers and the conclusion of the sale. You are in charge of welcoming customers and ensuring the smooth running of stays in coordination with the departments concerned (restaurant, kitchen, reception, floors). - Experienced receptionist (2 years) - First experience as a customer service representative or reservation agent - French and English essential - FOLS computer system, Coclico You develop an attraction for marketing.
