The Hotel NIEPCE Paris****, Curio Collection by HILTON is looking for, for its restaurant La Verrière: SERVER M/F Under the responsibility of the Director of Catering, you accompany your customer from order taking to collection with a smile and professionalism in order to make him spend a pleasant and refined moment. Customer delight rests on you! You maintain an excellent relationship with customers with discretion and contribute to their loyalty. You participate in the promotion and highlighting of the restaurant and the services put in place. You will also have the following responsibilities: - Setting up the room - Welcoming customers - Presenting the menus and mastering the content - Order taking - Ensuring the smooth running of the service - Collection Ideally from a hotel school, you have one year's experience in within a restaurant or 4**** category establishments. You have good knowledge of gastronomy and oenology; You have team spirit and are versatile; You have a good presentation, and pay attention to detail; You have commercial flair and a sense of hospitality; You speak English in order to welcome all of your customers.
