Internship - Front Office

The Meydan Hotel in Dubai is seeking a Front Office Intern to join their dynamic team. This internship provides an opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in the hospitality industry and build valuable skills and knowledge.

As a Front Office Intern, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also be expected to manage the hotel's reservation system, update room availability, and ensure the accuracy of all information. Additionally, you will help ensure the smooth running of the front office operations and ensure that the hotel's standards for customer service are met.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong communication skills, an understanding of customer service, and an ability to work independently as well as in a team. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required. • A student at the moment or possessing a bachelor's degree
