Requirements & Competencies
University Graduate with minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in retail environment (Merchandising background preferred)
Strong analytical ability both quantitative and qualitative
Ability to draw meaningful insights from analysis, to clearly share findings and initiate actions
Strong computer skills - High proficiency in MS office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Pleasant, self-initiative, a team player & willing to learn
Highly adaptable and flexible to accept new ideas and procedures
Organized; meeting deadlines; action oriented
