Required Experience & Skills :
Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or related fields, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
Proven track record (7+ years) in developing high-level strategy within the luxury sector focused specifically on loyalty-driven CRM programs.
Demonstrated ability in developing loyalty-driven CRM strategies that translate into increased customer lifetime value and brand loyalty.
Expertise in personalizing client experiences at scale while maintaining an exceptional standard of service synonymous with luxury brands.
Experience in different countries or within roles that involve cross-border activities, understanding of diverse markets, and cultural sensitivity in a global context.
Prior employment in a consultancy agency highly desired.
