Job Description

Guest Relations Manager:
- Oversee and manage the guest relations team
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction
- Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain open communication channels with guests and management
- Analyze guest feedback and identify areas for improvement

Assistant Guest Relations Manager:
- Assist the Guest Relations Manager in all aspects of their duties
- Provide exceptional guest service and support
- Handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently
- Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly
- Gather and analyze guest feedback

Guest Relations Supervisor:
- Supervise and lead a team of Guest Relations Agents
- Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality guest service
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement
- Train and develop Guest Relations Agents
- Provide performance feedback and coaching

Guest Relations Agent:
- Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally
- Provide comprehensive information about the hotel and its amenities
- Handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently
- Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly
- Gather and analyze guest feedback
