Helper, Property Operations - Hilton New York Times Square

The Hilton New York Time Square is looking for a Helper to join our Property Operations team!  Located at the heart of Times Square, this upscale hotel soars 44 stories above Manhattan, offers 478 rooms and features three food and beverage outlets, including the Zagat-rated restaurant, Restaurant Above, which is perched 21 stories above, offering a breathtaking view of Times Square. 

 

Shift Pattern: Full availability including weekends and holidays needed 

Pay Range: $27.23 - $38.90 / hour

  

What will I be doing?

 

As a Helper, you would be responsible for maintaining the physical functionality of facility in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.  

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

       Perform a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electric, painting, HVAC and masonry.
       Inspect guestrooms, public space and heart-of-the-house for needed and preventive maintenance.
       Record and report completed repairs and items that need further attention or that require placing a room 'out of order.
       Maintain physical functionality of the hotel, including guest rooms, public space and heart-of-the-house areas.
