The Hilton Boston Back Bay Hotel is looking for a dynamic, driven, and highly motivated professional to focus on the Corporate Transient Market.
Our hotel: Hilton Boston Back Bay Hotel is an upscale urban hotel located in the Back Bay neighborhood of Boston.
What we are looking for
Strong business communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to negotiate and close business in a courteous manner.
Possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, be goal oriented, and self-motivated.
Delphi FDC and Hilton OnQ knowledge is a plus.
Previous Hotel Sales experience preferred.
Someone who enjoys working as part of a team that provides exceptional guest experiences!

Work Experience

Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct a successful, aggressive action plan to include solicitations, both outside and inside sales calls.
As a proactive sales manager, 50% (fifty) of time should be spent in active sales solicitation with new and potential accounts.
Assist the Director of Sales in the preparation of the annual marketing plan, including the action plans covering assigned market segments.
Send proposals on all leads which fit the profile of the property and actively follow through to convert from proposal to contract.
Maintain professional working relationships with accounts and travelers
Monitor account production to ensure market share
Build and maintain excellent client rapport
