Job Description
F&B MT JD: 1. Assist the Shift Leader \ Team Leader in being responsible for the restaurant area, ensuring a good preparation before meal period and follow the opening & closing procedure of the restaurant, smooth running, profitable operation within the framework of the hotel.
2. Assist in maintaining the overall welfare of fellow associates by providing them with the co-operation and information to take care of our guests.
3. Assist to achieve departmental budget goals by maintaining profits through increased sales revenue and the efficient cost expenditure.
4. Assist the manager to follow up for the preparation of external Brand Standard Audit and internal Essential Audit.
Degree:
Bachelor degree and above
