POSITION SUMMARY
Inspect associate rooms, staff areas, staff facilities & Recreation, etc. after being cleaned by the wellfare team to ensure quality standards. Run availability room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of associate rooms. Assist Human Resources management in managing daily activities and any other activity related to Human Resources Department. Act as a liaison to coordinate the responsibility for procuring and comprehensively managing all of the branch physical locations spanning housing, back of the house office, and other facilities necessary to operate branch activities. Communicate issues to next shift. Complete required paperwork.
As a Welfare Coordinator you will be responsible for the efficient running of your establishment. This includes ensuring standards of cleanliness and maintenance are upheld, budgets are controlled and any problems are quickly rectified and communicate to management, Visits the accommodations from time to time to ensure that the cleanliness or residents and lightnings, electrical appliances are working properly and Updates list of staffs that live in the accommodation.
