F&B Intern - Chinese Speaker

Key Responsibilities:

Table Service: Provide attentive and friendly table service to guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a delightful dining experience.

Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with our menu offerings, specials, and ingredients, and be able to make recommendations to guests.

Guest Interaction: Interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner, addressing inquiries and accommodating special requests.

Order Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy of orders, and collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.

Table Maintenance: Maintain clean and organized tables, resetting them for new guests, and assisting with cleaning duties as needed.

Billing and Payments: Present bills, process payments accurately, and provide change or receipts as required.
