Key Responsibilities:
Guest Check-In and Check-Out: Ensure a warm and efficient check-in/check-out process, making guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive to the moment they depart.
Room Assignment: Assign guest rooms according to reservations and guest preferences, ensuring a comfortable and personalized stay.
Guest Assistance: Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and dining options, and address guest inquiries and requests.
Reservation Management: Assist in making and modifying reservations, accurately recording guest information.
Billing and Payments: Handle guest payments, invoices, and ensure accurate processing of financial transactions.
Baggage Services: Assist guests with luggage and coordinate with bell staff for efficient baggage handling.
Issue Resolution: Responsively address and resolve guest concerns or issues to ensure their satisfaction.
