Greeting guest with a smile and using the guest name when known
Prepare and set the restaurant before the meal period
Serve the food and beverage to the guest in the right temperature as well as introducing the food
Making sure the sideboard of each section clean, refill all the necessary supplies (e.g. teacups, cutlery, etc.)
Take orders and answer the guest inquiries whenever possible
Fold napkins, making sure the cutlery is clean as to be set in the table
Encourage customers to fill in the customer service survey through QR code
Offer the drinks menu and wine menu with certain suggestions and recommendations
Perform closing duties in the correct procedure
Follow up the guest’s order to ensure the fine dining experience
Assist other colleagues when needed to assure smooth operation
English is a must.
Other languages are considered a plus.
