3. 根据酒店的整体销售计划，结合管辖市场的特点，提出具体的促销计划和切实可行的配额方案。
4. 扩大管辖市场的销售网络，熟悉该地区的旅游机构、旅行社、交通、预订销售网络的业务特点和操作方式
5. 检查、督导销售主管的工作，带领销售主管完成规定的营业销售计划。
6. 根据市场和旅行社的业务变化，负责对销售主管的培训工作。
