Answers customer queries in person and by phone
▪ Give courtesy calls and complete the call log for performance monitor daily
▪ Assists and coordinates with front office reception to ensure consistent service
▪ Maintain regular contacts with guests
▪ Inspects VIP room status and amenities in good order prior to guests’ arrival
▪ Serving as a link between in-house guests and other departments of the hotel
▪ Answering of incoming calls
▪ Directing calls to guestrooms, staff or the department
▪ Placing outgoing calls
▪ Logging all wake-up call requests and performs wake-up call services
▪ Answering all enquiries calls and providing customers with the needed information
