Greet customers, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food
and beverages
• Inform customers about daily specials
• Suggest desserts and beverages
• Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
• Prepare and serve foods at customers tables
• Present bill to customers and accept payment
• Maintain clean and well organized service areas (tables) and food storage
Clean equipments, utensils, storerooms.
• Making Schedules and daily Rotation on the floor.
• Making orders for the suppliers, Monthly inventory.
• Making sure all the stocks are available from the floor up to the dispatch and kitchen
• Counting the daily petty cash and cash sales.
