 Responsible to develop and implement a corrective Action program, in response to corporate Quality Audit/Internal Quality Audit reports.  Audit face on GSO, HALAL, HACCP & Integrated management related all activity.  Implement FSMS, QMS, EMS and OH&S.  Monitoring Process line.  Maintain SOP & Hygiene related all activities.  Maintaining ISO/ HACCP related all documents.  Ensure proper monitoring for meat/Frozen Food/further processed food production.  Check Lab documentation, Chemical preparation procedure as per standard.  Collaboration with Supply Chain, sales & distribution team for cold chain management & assess vendor development.  Keep the veterinary approval file and interface with the veterinary services.  Ensure production of high quality products as per the standard.
