Responsible to develop and implement a corrective Action program, in response to corporate Quality Audit/Internal Quality Audit reports.
Audit face on GSO, HALAL, HACCP & Integrated management related all activity.
Implement FSMS, QMS, EMS and OH&S.
Monitoring Process line.
Maintain SOP & Hygiene related all activities.
Maintaining ISO/ HACCP related all documents.
Ensure proper monitoring for meat/Frozen Food/further processed food production.
Check Lab documentation, Chemical preparation procedure as per standard.
Collaboration with Supply Chain, sales & distribution team for cold chain management & assess vendor development.
Keep the veterinary approval file and interface with the veterinary services.
Ensure production of high quality products as per the standard.
