Currently I am working at Atmosphere Kanifushi Resort Maldives as a Reservations Agent for 10 months and I have previous experience as agent Fushifaru Resort Maldives nearly 7 months. Plus, I have worked in front office operations for 2 years.
I will completing one year contract by October and I am looking for preopening property to move ahead with my career.
I am graduated from London Metropolitan University and Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management in Hospitality Management.

Handle the reservation requirements both through booking emails as well as general enquiries.
Rechecking the online bookings with the contract details for rate and commission of the agents.
Payment Follow up of OTA & FIT Bookings.
Arrival Check daily and weekly.
Understanding of rates, codes and Market Segmentation
Arranging daily Business Reports. (Daily Pace Report)
Maintaining reservations and Revenue Reports
Maintaining the hotel standard and the Departmental policy.
Handling the Transportation.
