( DOHA METRO PROJECT) LOCATION - QATAR • Assisting customers with directions to ticket areas, Station Amenities, Train Platforms according to their destination. • Emergency response to any fire outbreaks, Station evacuation, Key management, risk assessment, duty allocation of security guards and inspection of fire equipment. • Responding to aggressive behavior by individuals within the station and liaising with police. • Protecting Doha Metro property from theft or damage by individuals. • Security screening of passengers, staff and contractors coming into the station, access control. • Patrolling the station premises and reporting any faults, such as damaged property, water leakage and non-working machinery to the Station Master. • Reporting un-authorised car parking in bus reserved areas and inspection of security bollards. • Checking for suspicious behavior of persons and identifying unattended items within the station. • Daily reporting and noting down of incidents that happen within the station.

(LOCATION BARWA CITY) - QATAR Residential area, responsible for 6 buildings/Apartments.- • Inspection and reporting of any damage,e.g.lights,parking shades faulty doors. • Inspection and monitoring of critical rooms e.g Boiler rooms and fire pump Room. • Inspection of fire fighting equipment.e.g fire extinguishers/fire hose • Access control and providing Security for the assigned buildings. • Conflict resolution among tenants and reporting to supervisor if situation cannot be handled on ground. • Liasing with police and civil defence incase of emergencies e.g fire outbreaks. • Protection of Barwa City property from vandalism,theft or damage. • Protecting tenants privacy by preventing any unauthorized access to the buildings. • Monitoring of cleaners to ensure the buildings remain clean at all times. • Monitoring of maintenance teams and following up and reporting to management any rectified faults or damage. • Ensuring that maintenance teams have the appropriate permits and documentation from the office to conduct their work. • Ensuring maintenance teams wear PPE with proper uniform and ID when working in the city. • Parking area inspection.
