First i work us army catering sub contract company in Kuwait & after shot time there select me to get me us army as a Direct Contractor. Like this i join to the us army catering job in 501 forward support battalion as a catering supervisor. This is my first job position in us army. My location Iraq camp Al Asad Airbase Iraq. Is this position i got lot of catering field & Professional food handling & other kind of safety Professional experience with them. my duty here first i need to check my computer My Email & other thing & need to Discuss with my location manger our operation & before start work my team I need to Brief to them our operation plane & each staffs need to locate there duty & after need to check my location cleaning & food Handling safety ( like food Holding Temperature food cooking Temperature Equipment cleaning etc..) manly my Duty Cost controlling & Protect my client for any kind of Food hazard Keep them happy & protect my staff In case of any accident. & protect our company rules and regulations
