As a Waiter/ess, it is your responsibility to serve guests in a friendly, timely and efficient manner to provide an exceptional Guest and Member experience. A Waiter/ess will also be required to have extensive knowledge of the menu offerings. Specifically, and responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standard:
Manage guest inquiries in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
Serving Alcoholic/non-Alcoholic drinks in accordance with licensing regulations/liquor for residents and non-residents
Ensure knowledge of the menu and all products
Make sure the mis-en-place is properly filled in all floor stations
Follow proper reporting procedures if you encounter problems
Ensure Food and Beverage orders are of a consistently good standard and delivered on time
Practice Hilton Grooming standards including dress code, hygiene and personal hygiene
Comply with hotel safety, fire regulations and all health and safety laws
