I have more than decade of quality food and beverage experience within UAE and South Africa. In my professional journey I have delivered and progressed gradually from entry level to leadership position. My Current position is as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. I have managed all aspect of Restaurant Management leading multicultural and multinational team. I am well versed in international and Arabic cuisine within fine dining and all-day dining concepts. As a Assistant Restaurant Manager I’m also responsible for all of the business operations of a dining establishment. Duties typically include interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling and managing employees, as well as overseeing inventory, including food and beverages, supplies and other restaurant equipment. I’m also responsible for resolving Guests complaints regarding food quality and service and making sure the business complies with health and food safety regulations. In addition, most managers perform administrative tasks such as managing payroll and writing budgets.
