➢ Evaluate team member performance and adjust training based on the needs of the hotel/ company. ➢ Supervise employees in the daily process of cleaning vacant and stayover guest rooms. ➢ Train new employee on the duties and responsibilities of the department. ➢ Quickly resolve guest complaint and concerns, ensuring their stay is enjoyable and they are our priority – securing return stays when guests are in the area. ➢ Work closely with department executive, maintenance and general manager to address issues and concerns. ➢ Train supervisor and monitor the quality of work of other housekeepers. ➢ Assig workers their duties and inspect the assigned area, investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment. ➢ Conduct monthly inventory count on linens to reduce missing and damaged. ➢ Maintain positive control all of hotel/company supplies/equipment, minimizing theft and misuse. ➢ Help the team whenever workload was heavy. ➢ Inspections of cleaning rooms/apartments. ➢ Monitoring housekeeping staff in hospitality Establishment. ➢ Maintaining stocks. ➢ Always do a briefing before starting work. ➢ Accurate recording of incoming and outgoing linens. ➢ Everyday checking checklist with staff. ➢ Making check lists & inspection sets. ➢ Establish and maintain high standards of cleaning for the rooms/ apartments. ➢ Ordering cleaning product.
