Under the responsibility of the Head of Reception, you supervise and animate the team of daytime receptionists. Your missions are as follows: - You are the 1st Reception Ambassador, guarantor of the spirit, the brand image, and the quality of service of the establishment. - You ensure the proper functioning of the team and establish effective communication, particularly concerning the transmission of information and instructions. - You organize the work, animate the collaborators and create a good working atmosphere. - You manage and optimize the sale of rooms and offer responses tailored to customer needs. - You contribute to customer loyalty, the quality of services and e-reputation. - You apply and enforce the procedures for invoicing and collection, - You supervise the management of debtors, groups and the invoicing of individual customers during the service, - You supervise the collection operations during the service, the closing of the cash register and the traceability of the operations. Confirmed receptionist, you have proven experience as a supervisor. You are fluent in English, you have an excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
