PROFILE
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in retail operation, including 3 years in managing or leading people, preferably in high-end fashion
Excellent understanding of luxury retail business with proven experience in driving sales and profitability in store
Take initiative and ownership, structured and organized, energetic and self-motivated
Able to adapt to fast paced and changing environment
Strong communication skills, for team coaching and building partnership with regional team
Fluency & sophistication in local language, proficiency in English, while another language is a plus
