Job Description
1. Serve the hotel and guests by providing a unique and unforgettable experience according the Brand Standards.
2. Making sure that everything runs perfectly so the guests could get the best service.
3. Checks guest satisfaction and attend to guest requests or inquiries regarding hotel products.
4. Makes frequent suggestions to management in reference to general operation.
5. Performs duties common to all waiters and other duties as may be assigned.
6. Welcoming new guests arriving at the hotel.
7. Helping guests check in at the main reception desk.
8. Assisting guests with their questions around the reception and lobby areas.
9. Helping in the restaurants at breakfast times when most guests will be present and often have questions about some aspect of their stay at the hotel or their plans for the day other duties may be assigned to you depending on the needs of the hotel and your personal skills and interests. These will be discussed with your work supervisor from time to time. You may also get chance to shadow more senior managers after being there for a while and proving the quality of your work.
