Job Role
The Talent Development Supervisor handles the training and professional development of company employees. Make the most out of people's talents and help them develop to their full potential. You are responsible to support the day-to-day running of Tadreeb in coordination with the venue set-up, training documents, training presentations upload and refreshments provided.
Job Responsibilities
Compiles information and updates the First Aiders database on certificate expiry and resignation.
In partnership with the Hygiene department assist to organize EFST training and ADFCA exams, database and monthly reports.
Maintaining Library and promotional activities.
In charge of the day-to-day smooth running of training operations in the department with regards to venue set-up, document preparation, coffee breaks, store item requisitions, clearance, cleanliness, maintenance etc
Update, issues and compiles new colleagues On Job training task list
Prepares the orientation invitation, documents, and handouts for all new joiners
Handover the new joiners to the respective department after orientation
Updates the new joiner’s database on orientation dates, department orientation checklist received and task list status
Scans and files all training attendance sheets
Prepares reports on specific training evaluation workshops
Assist with the efficient monitoring and implementation of the Khebraty program in terms of documentation and evaluation forms compilation
Assists with the documentation to be submitted for the monthly newsletter
Conducts specific training modules
Assist with all inquiries of training activities, programs, cross-training, internships etc
Facilitate training modules during orientation
In coordination with the Head of Human Development assist in planning and conducting training activities and initiatives
Implement training games, energizers and competitions
Plan and prepare the Annual training plan
In coordination within the department takes new employees on a tour of the property and city tours
In coordination with the Head of Human Development, prepares the Training Needs Analysis forms, compiles and prepares a report.
Prepares and issues all training-related certificates.
Manages and monitors the hotel internship program process.
Prepares, scans, changes and files all relevant documents for internal and external audit inspections.
Conducts specific modules during the hotel orientation program.
Prepares online quizzes and activities to enhance training styles
