Front Office
1.Greeting and welcoming guests as they arrive at the hotel.
2.Assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
3.Handling guest inquiries and providing exceptional customer service to resolve issues.
4.Taking and managing reservations, ensuring accuracy and optimizing occupancy.
5.Providing information to guests about the hotel's facilities,services,and local attractions.
6.Coordinating with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
7.Ensuring the lobby area is clean, presentable, and well-maintained at all times.
8.Handling and resolving guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
9.Handling cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and maintaining security measures.
10.Assisting guests with arranging transportation, including booking taxis or renting cars.
11.Maintaining knowledge of hotel policies,procedures,and rates to provide accurate information to guests.
12.Participating in training and development programs to enhance job skills and knovledge.
13.Assisting in the training of new front office employees.
14.Handling any emergency situations that may arise and following proper procedures.
15.Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to hotel rules and regulations.
