What will I be doing?
The Kids Club Attendant serving Waldorf Astoria Maldives is responsible for the well-being of the participating children in activities/programs designed and conducted for the kids at the hotel by providing highly personalized, efficient and responsive services during operating hours of the Recreation & Kid’s club. Kids Club Attendant will facilitate all the activities/ programs introduced by Kids Club Manager. Duties also include supervising, directing, assisting and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the Recreation & Kids Club and its surroundings.
Ensures all necessary Welcome amenities and complimentary arrivals kits are always available and ready at appropriate times, according to Kids Club Standard Operation procedures
Welcomes, greets and assists guests with any request, enquiries and directions.
Ensures that Standard Operation Procedures for all activities and excursions are exercised and practiced at all times.
Ensures all necessary registrations forms/ activity waivers are ready at the reception and filled up properly by the parents or guardian.
Actively promote and encourage the participation of guest in all activities and events.
Ensure all SOP’s, Risk Assessments, policies and Procedures and Health guidelines are followed accordingly.
Facilitates and co-coordinates all beach and non-beach activities, programs, excursions on or off the island.
Assists with preparing and organizing all Kids Club activities as needed as well as Resort sponsored activities, such as Halloween, Family Activities, Easter and Festive
Ensures to update all the kids profile pertaining to their preferences, medical conditions/ allergies etc.
Ensures that Kid Club and compound are always neat and tidy.
Responsible for inventory of all the items in the Kids Club.
Informs the Supervisor/ Manager if the daily supplies need to be ordered
Issue job requisition/ orders and repair and maintenance of outlet
Shows initiative, suggests new services and anticipates guests needs and discuss with the Kids Club Manager.
Reports feedbacks to Supervisor/ Manager on likes and dislikes of kids with regards to the activities and programs implemented.
Always communicates customer complaints and compliments to the Supervisor/ Manager.
To have a good working relationship with the team.
Complete other duties assigned by the Supervisor/ Manager
