I have pre opening experience as well. My daily task receiving deliveries handling store issues. Posting invoices in system. Raise and issues the Po,s and follow the deliveries. Provide the alternate options if any product short in suppliers. Coordinate with suppliers and solve the issue for the pending deliveries.
