Main responsabilities - Give an excellent first impression to guests, maintaining exceptional grooming standards and interpersonal skills. - To express a continuous and passionate care for guests, maintaining courtesy and charm. - To attend to complaints in a calm, yet solving manner, showing a determinative care. - To report queries from guests immediately to the general manager. - To organize guests documents and keep the front desk office in a tidy manner. - To arrange working schedules for the Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage staff. - To make auditions for the Housekeeping department, making sure all rooms and common places are clean, comfortable and pleasant. Main achievements - I have learnt the ability to stay calm and careful for the guest in front of complaints, resolving situations in an effective manner. - I could discussed flaws with the Housekeeping staff all the season, without damaging the good working environment, and getting rid of the flaws and negative dynamics. - Guests have showed themselves truly thankful for our service, and they always left the hotel with a smile. I think that is the best achievement I've had in my short career PD: a recommendation letter is at disposal.
