Reporting totheHotelEAM/HotelGM Responsible of signature Asian restaurant, skybar, all day dining and lobby bar as well as the onboarding, training, and management of 60 employees. Developing the profitability of restaurants and bars, developing and controlling the operating budget of each Outlet,managing purchases, stocks, managing the quality of service standing, participating in the creation of the à la carte and the setting of menu prices in collaboration with the Chef de Cuisine and the Hotel Manager. A real link between the various departments and customers, I relay all types of information or problems with the aim of constantly improving the quality of customer’s services standards.
