•Responsible for greeting and assigning tables to guests as they arrive, showing them the menus and introducing their waiter/waitress.
•Assigned with logging reservations on the restaurant database using the RESTOGURU application, following up with up with guests to confirm time and dates of reservations.
•Liaising with influencers for marketing purposes, to confirm dates and times for photo shoots.
•Responsible for answering the branch telephone and attending to any inquiries and/or complaints, and forwarding any issues to the relevant managers.
•Assisting with End of Day reports for the restaurant including reconciling cash and credit card payments.
