• To be courteous, warm, smiling while dealing with guest& other team members.
• To meet grooming standard required by the hotel.
• To prepare guest bills and checks for accuracy before presenting.
• Responsible for the cleanliness, maintenance and upkeep of all equipment, furniture and stations.
• To prepare all glasses, crockery, cutlery, chinaware and other items needed before and after operation. Arrange sufficient quantity require and putting them in use.
• To perform specific duties assigned by Manager/ Assistant Restaurant Manager/ Supervisor.
• To maintain good working relationship with colleagues and other departments at all the times.
• To listen to guest complaint. Rectify wrong doing and any guest demands inform Manager or Supervisor immediately.
• Preparation of Room Service tray for the food delivery as per International standards.
• Order taker in the Village Room Service.
• Mini bar services( Check out, Refilling & Monitoring the short expiry items )
• Monitoring the inventory in close collaboration with the F&B controller)
• Reports discrepancies to the manager.
• To report all guests/ employee incident/ accidents to Manager or Supervisor.
• To assist in maintaining low operation costs by keeping breakage to a minimum
