• Greeting, Assisting and providing the best treatments for individual customers needs, Training new therapists to the Mövenpick technics, standards and policies
• Reception duties including booking, staff rotation, cashier taking, take care of the management of the spa, Monitor spa attendance and statistics, book balance.
• Supervise the respect of the care provided to the customers, and manager contacts with the spas professional partners (suppliers..)
• Supervise coordination between customer and therapist to ensure the standard of working conduct by all members within the Spa Facility
• Preparing the price list, the menu and all the brochures (French,English,Russian)
• Perform other job duties as requested by the Health center Manager
• Assist the Health center manager in coaching and evaluating of team performance
• Participate in recruiting Spa staff
• Responsible to create reports to finance department about treatments and retail commission
• Work with SPA Manager in the formulation of plans for projects and other areas like sales and marketing and revenue
• Taking care of VIP customers
• Tour for potential clients/members
• Promote and sell spa services and retail products.
• Identify issues regarding collaborators in collaboration with the SPA Manager (administrative, personal, disciplinary, etc.) and actions to resolve them
• Assisting the team, operation and coverage or all spa departments (SPA reception Front desk, ensure effective communication among all departments within the hotel)
