Currently working as Senior Housekeeping Supervisor (Special Projects) with over 12 years of Hotel experience via restaurants, facilities management, housekeeping and Front office including Housekeeping planning and preparation, amenities planning and cost control, security operations, chemical handlers and hygiene standard procedures, staff management, On-the-job training by developing training manuals/SOPs. Areas of expertise include maintaining Housekeeping operations, conducting outlet briefing, cleaning service operations, room and public areas duty and, problem solving.
