Interaction with Passengers for Baggage related issues. Coordination with different stations regarding operations. Allocation of Staff in accordance of operational requirement. Briefing & De-briefing of Staff in terms of operations. Apart from the operations & taking care of BBM (Basic Baggage Module) Training for new employee as well as the refresher training for all staff. Handling Baggage Team to make the operation smooth.
