• Head of Sales for LG Chiller business in Middle East (UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman & Pakistan). • Implement strategies along with tactical actions for Development of chiller business in Middle East region. • Build and develop relationships with Key & Strategic Accounts, Consultants and Contractors. Getting LG equipment specified in their projects. • Oversee and mentor the team to deal with key accounts, channel partners, direct sales, bottom line management, competition product analysis & benchmarking, management of online quote register, post order activities like logistics, service troubleshooting, service maintenance contracts, factory acceptance tests. • Review project pipeline, team activity, win/lost reports, forecasts through GERP & through structured meetings with team and channel partners. • Identify developmental & training needs of team & channel partners and arrange through scheduled product training programs and factory visits. • Competitor product & technology mapping. Review product benchmarking against competition. • Organizing the Launches of New products, Technical Seminars & Workshops, Representing LG at various Conferences and Trade shows. • Identifying, appointing & finalizing agreements with new OEMs & New channel partners. • Ensure compliance to LG code of ethics by internal team as well as channel partners.
