I am the front desk, the first point of contact for visitors and guests. I am responsible for greeting guests, answering their questions, and directing them to their destination. My role is to provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean and organized lobby area, and handle administrative tasks such as checking-in and checking-out guests, managing reservations, and handling phone calls and emails. I am knowledgeable about the services and amenities offered by the establishment and can assist guests with any inquiries they may have. My priority is to ensure that all guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay.
