• Assisting with the day to day operations of HR, Admin department. • Being the point of contact for all general HR enquiries, administration & correspondence. • Handled the complete cycle of junior level recruitments, which includes job identification and interviews. • Prepare Company’s Handbook/ employee manual covering issues including disciplinary procedures, code of conduct. • Reviewing and evaluating weekly achievement and producing an end of monthly report. • Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources. • Have done detail salary analysis internal equity among the team to bring about fairness, trust and credibility. • Monitor on a regular basis all employee headcount, including recruitment, terminations and resignations, transfers, promotions, replacements, also ensuring they are in line with the approved HR budget and policies. • Organize and coordinate meetings as per the Line Managers or supervisors requisites.
