Conduct key briefing sessions to keep the rest of the reservations team abreast all relevant guest information.
Responsible for all reservation to make sure guest have a smooth arrival and departure experience including to cross check the billing instruction, comment from reservation and cashier, applying the correct rate code.
Know the daily inventory, yield and revenue management, and sell rates
Anticipate guest needs and offer services, amenities and activities accordingly (as well
as room up sell)
Liaise with Housekeeping, Engineering, Royal Service and Security, as needed (i.e. VIP,
GHA Member room set up, etc.)
Take ownership of guest’s issues and problems
Communicate issues and complaints to supervisors or managers on duty as necessary

Schedule appointments for patients and obtain accurate demographic information in computer medical program (address, phone, insurance, etc.).
Updating insurance eligibility and advice (self-pay) patient with needed information.
Inform caller of items to bring to their appointment, remind caller of cancelation policy and answer questions and offer information as requested, to provide patients-focused service and professional customer service.
Act as a liaison for the patients and health by directing calls to other departments as needed, use good judgment in handling calls, especially with urgent matter and problem solve quickly and efficiently.
