My name is Yana, I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Management. I have spent most of my professional career here in Dubai where I’ve been living for over 13 years now and consider it my second home. In the beginning of my career I started off in the Hospitality Industry back in 2007 where I gained over 5 years of experience in Customer Service which provided me a strong foundation in my customer service skills such as communication, problem solving, and conflict resolution I slowly transitioned into Admin and Supply Chain Operations Support when I moved to the Oil and Gas Industry back in 2010. As a Supply Chain Specialist I gained over 6 years of end-to-end supply chain process expertise and developed a strong foundation in supply chain planning, procurement, production scheduling, inventory management, and logistics operations. What I’m looking for is a company that I could add value to. Where I could join a strong team and re-launch my career as I’m really excited and happy to get back in the game.
