Created a comfortable place for customers and provide world professional services. • Analyze restaurant’s sales levels and profitability and create and implement • Coordinating with purchasing manager regarding Ordering supplies. • Staff training on sequence of service and sop • Coordinating with the reservation manager for upcoming bookings and floor plan seating (Seven Rooms) • Implementing competition vibe between the waiters on bottle sales with rewards for the top up sellers. West Beach – Palm Jumeirah • Check that all Employees are Practicing Good Personal Hygiene. • Perform restaurant opening and closing activities and organize management of repair and maintenance issues. • Daily briefing for FOH and BOH team • General daily report to the senior management • Running the operation on WhatsApp during rush times on the management groups and reservation. • Build good connections with customers. • Managing reservations with RM. • Manage monthly inventory. • Maintains monthly payroll and attendance for FOH and BOH team
