To co-ordinate and supervise all duties for all the opening and closing brigade.
Supervise all operational issues ensuring the Hotel standards.(SOP)
Resume full responsibility in the absence of the Outlet manager/Asst Manager.
Provide a professional and courteous service at all times and ensure that all
colleagues of In Room Dining outlet follow the example.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner and
report to Manager ensuring that the follow up is performed with the guest.
Monitor and constantly improve quality improve guest satisfaction of the outlet
with the given tools (Leading Quality Assurance, Customer Satisfaction
Index).
Attend and contribute to all staff meetings, department training's and hotel
initiated training's.
Conduct daily pre-shift briefing to colleagues on preparation, guest profile,
service and special requirement
