Responsibilities
Reports directly to the Food @ Beverage Manager.
Prepares action to ensure smooth operation every day.
Monitors the GSS (Guest Satisfaction Service) & discuss with the
whole on how we can keep high scores.
Manages the Outlet by providing leadership & overall supervision
to ensure guests satisfaction.
Attends daily briefing. Conduct daily pre & after service briefings.
Be aware of the local environmental municipality regulations.
Preparing all rotas & organization the shifts to ensure that there are
enough staff at all times.
Maintains all attention records for payroll purposes.
Training the new & senior staff.
Conduct performance appraisal.
Ensures that guests are satisfied before they leave the restaurant.
Communicate with chef about the quality of food preparation &
presentation.
Initiations requisitions for operational supplies repairs &
maintenance works.
Ensure the restaurant furniture & equipment are all in god order &
condition.
Compiles the restaurant logbook recording guest’s complaints
revenue covers & other important details.
Attend meeting as related.
Forecasting the sales revenue for food & beverage & covers
submit the report to the Food & Beverage Manager.
