Responsibilities  Reports directly to the Food @ Beverage Manager.  Prepares action to ensure smooth operation every day.  Monitors the GSS (Guest Satisfaction Service) & discuss with the whole on how we can keep high scores.  Manages the Outlet by providing leadership & overall supervision to ensure guests satisfaction.  Attends daily briefing. Conduct daily pre & after service briefings. Be aware of the local environmental municipality regulations.  Preparing all rotas & organization the shifts to ensure that there are enough staff at all times.  Maintains all attention records for payroll purposes.  Training the new & senior staff.  Conduct performance appraisal.  Ensures that guests are satisfied before they leave the restaurant.  Communicate with chef about the quality of food preparation & presentation.  Initiations requisitions for operational supplies repairs & maintenance works.  Ensure the restaurant furniture & equipment are all in god order & condition.  Compiles the restaurant logbook recording guest’s complaints revenue covers & other important details.  Attend meeting as related.  Forecasting the sales revenue for food & beverage & covers submit the report to the Food & Beverage Manager.
