 Saudia Airlines was finding it difficult to implement HR process as it was a complex organization with a lot of policy variation. We helped the company in harmonizing and simplifying the automation.  Implemented Finance Planning in Saudi Industrial Development Fund which helped them to project cash flow for the following period  The Three Major questions asked by the Real estate company is o How many projects can we take up in next few years? o How much liquidity will the company have. o How much of investment is best kept in Fixed Deposits without affecting the regular cash flow in order to earn optimum interest?  We helped the company to implement systems to answer all the questions.  Actively handled various complex issues like restructuring the data flow and addressing performance issues.  Worked on profitability and cost management for demos along with configuring and testing AP, AR and GL process.  Managed script logics, delta initialization, custom measures and complex reporting.  Undertook SAP HANA project with Predictive analysis for forecasting & allocations, on-the-fly calculations & key dimensions for reporting.  Authored Whitepapers which is published in SDN.  Minimized the cost of implementing the project by fostering innovating ideas.  Formulated proposals for bidding projects and supported the pre-sales in understanding the client requirement.  Developed demo systems and presented them to the client.  Spearheaded the delivery team and managed 4 projects along with implementing SAP strategy management.
