I am a senior student at International University - Vietnam National University, my major is Business Administration and my specialization is Hospitality Management. During my 4 years at university, I had the chance to learn theoretical knowledge and practical skills relating to hotel operations, joined the exchange program to France in 5 months, and gained various essential skills such as teamwork skills, project management skills, etc. In terms of experience, I had a 2-month internship at Zannier Hotels Bai San Ho - a 5-star luxury resort managed by Zannier Hotels group. Currently, I am working as a Sales Agent and Tour Operator for Bloom Travel - a travel agency organizing tours for foreign customers traveling in Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia. With my skill sets, experiences, and a burning desire for the hospitality industry, I believe I will complete my tasks successfully and exceed customers' expectations.
