The reason why I chose to apply for this position specifically is because I have the necessary skills set needed to work independently although I do realise the importance of teamwork. Single handedly looking after the department, website, loyalty program, social media, bloggers, events, shows, PR, SEO, SEM, email marketing, paid ads campaigns, training the interns, budget, photos, videos, plans and reports. At same time doing the show around, talking to guest, interacting and collaborating with potential guest. Pro-actively generating leads for Rooms, Restaurants Spa and Wellness and converting the lead into revenue that increased the monthly revenue from AED 8000 to AED 23,500.
